Revenue increases

Lead volume

Rankings on Google

Conversion rates

Business success

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, customer responsiveness, competition, ad spend, and client participation.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete business information

Respond to onboarding requests in a timely manner

Maintain your own licenses, insurance, and legal compliance

Use the systems responsibly and lawfully

Delays caused by missing information or lack of response may delay project timelines.

4. Payments & Billing

Fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan

Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

Prices may change with notice

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Subscription services continue until canceled

You may cancel at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Upon cancellation, access to systems and services may be revoked

6. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, designs, workflows, automation logic, templates, and code created by Takeoff remain the intellectual property of Takeoff Digital Solutions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the systems while your account is active.

You may not:

Copy, resell, or redistribute our systems

Reverse engineer or replicate our workflows

Share login credentials or system access

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. phone providers, email services, Google, SMS carriers).

Takeoff is not responsible for:

Outages or policy changes from third parties

Message delivery issues caused by carriers

Account suspensions due to third-party violations

You agree to comply with all third-party terms.

8. Compliance & Messaging Laws

You are responsible for compliance with:

A2P 10DLC regulations

TCPA, CASL, GDPR, or other messaging laws

Consent requirements for SMS, email, and calls

Takeoff is not liable for misuse of messaging systems or violations of applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Takeoff Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:

Lost revenue or profits

Business interruption

Data loss

Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days of service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Takeoff Digital Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
